In the event of an alarm, the central station can conduct a two-way voice conversation through the security panel to assess the situation and determine the appropriate response. Voice is transmitted through the Alarm.com module, and no phone line required. Note: This add-on requires an approved central station and an Alarm.com Two-Way Voice enabled module.
